2. Product Information & Pricing

We take utmost care to ensure product descriptions, images, net weights, and prices are accurate. All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed clearly prior to final checkout.

3. Food Quality & Natural Variation

Our products are manufactured according to strict quality standards and laboratory testing:

• Sree Ghee & Bharati Ghee: As pure traditional milk fats, graininess (danedar texture) and solidification may naturally vary with room temperature and seasonal weather. This is an indicator of pure ghee and not a product defect.
• Sree Honey: Natural crystallisation may occur in raw, unheated honey. Crystallisation is a natural physical property of pure unadulterated honey and does not affect quality or safety.
• Rishi Papad: Store in a dry, airtight environment away from moisture to retain crispness.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes or claims arising out of transactions on this website shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
